I thought it would be useful to reassure parents that the meat we serve in school lunches is from a known, reliable, organic source.
The use of farm assured meat in our menus is just one of the requirements laid down by the Soil Association in order to achieve the Food for Life Catering Mark Silver Award which we were awarded for a second time on 23rd February 2015 following an extensive inspection.
Another substantial achievement with a big thank you going to Jackie Graham of our Brunswick Park kitchen for hosting the inspectors visit.
